About Springbok Commercial Investment Fund

Springbok Commercial Investment Fund is a company dedicated to taking medium- to long-term stakes in real estate operations. We invest alongside our partners or independently, depending on the required equity.

We own and manage commercial real estate assets, primarily offices and retail properties. Our objective is to build a high-quality real estate portfolio, secured by recurring income, and with potential for long-term appreciation.

Springbok Commercial Investment Fund aims to develop as an open-ended property company, adopting a dynamic arbitration policy while maintaining a long-term, patrimonial investment vision.

To achieve this vision, strengthening our equity base is essential to increase our investment capacity. Our privileged relationships with family offices and both French and international investors allow us to explore diverse real estate asset profiles.
