A professional journey marked by success
Yann Gontard began his career at Beg-Cefic, an entity of the Simon Property Group, a major player in shopping center development and the construction of logistics and industrial platforms. He then broadened his profile at Société de Banque Suisse, now integrated into UBS, where he orchestrated complex real estate financial arrangements.
His journey later led him to PricewaterhouseCoopers, as an auditor and financial advisor. There, he oversaw crucial real estate assignments for renowned institutional clients. Yann subsequently joined the Real Estate Department of the Victoire group, which later became Aviva (Investment products and expertise – Aviva Investors), a leading European insurer.
At Atemi, a company successively owned by Marceau Investissements and then a Lehman Brothers fund, Yann rose through the ranks from Secretary General to Deputy General Manager. He took charge of Asset Management operations and negotiations with partners and financial institutions, ensuring the financing of diverse real estate projects (asset management, development, property dealing).
Before founding his own group, Yann held the position of General Manager for the listed SIIC Foncière Masséna, specializing in the acquisition and management of retail property assets.
