About Koudou Opportunistic Investment Fund


Koudou Opportunistic Investment Fund is an investment company specializing in short-term real estate operations (2 to 5 years), through majority or minority stakes. We are involved in several types of transactions:

  • Property Dealer Operations: We provide equity financing for the acquisition of residential or commercial buildings, with the goal of a quick resale, either lot by lot or of the entire building.
  • Real Estate Development Operations: We contribute the essential equity needed to finance the construction of new buildings, whether for residential or commercial use.
  • Sale with Repurchase Option (Pacte de Réméré): These transactions involve the sale of a property with a repurchase option granted to the seller, at a predetermined price. This right of repurchase cannot exceed five years. If the seller does not exercise this option within the given timeframe, the buyer becomes the irrevocable owner of the property. These operations offer the buyer either an attractive temporary return or the opportunity to definitively acquire undervalued real estate assets in the long term.
