Impala Real Estate is a company focused on acquiring majority or minority stakes in real estate development operations. We cover a wide range of projects, including:

• Residential buildings: whether for homeownership, intermediate, or social housing.
• Serviced residences: tailored to the specific needs of students, seniors, or the hospitality sector.
• Office buildings and shopping centers.

Our unique approach lies in our ability to offer a systematic partnership with the HT Holding group. This group develops both complementary and bespoke activities, such as a concept design office, an engineering and consulting firm, and an architecture and urban planning studio.

In the medium term, we plan to further expand our offerings. It is highly probable that Smart City skills training activities, a coworking space, a FabLab, and the creation of an incubation fund will complete the range of services we provide to cities, agglomeration communities, and landowners.
