Presentation
Springbok Commercial Investment Fund is a company that makes medium- and long-term investments in real estate transactions either alone or with partners, depending on the amount of equity required.
It owns and manages commercial real estate assets (mainly offices and retail outlets). It aims to build up a portfolio of high quality property assets secured by regular revenues with enhancement potential.
Its purpose is to adopt the form of an open-ended landholding trust and pursue a dynamic arbitrage policy while preserving an asset-holding vision.
The implementation of its vision will require strengthening its equity to increase its investment capability. Its privileged relationship with the family offices, French and foreign investors, allows it to consider several profiles of real estate assets.
